What the Advisory Practice does—and does not do
KOZCAN Advisory is evidence-bounded advisory work for consequential AI transformation. It complements strategy, technology, risk, legal, regulatory, and assurance functions rather than replacing them.
It does not provide AI implementation, legal or compliance determinations, statutory or internal audit assurance, certification, composite maturity scores, enterprise AI approval, or automatic Board escalation.
What “reliance” means: A finding says what the evidence supports. Reliance says what a specified decision-maker may responsibly do or infer on the strength of that finding, within its stated boundaries.
