How the Advisory System Earns a Finding.
KOZCAN Advisory separates published research, practitioner-method construction, synthetic rehearsal, and live client evidence rather than treating them as interchangeable forms of proof. This page explains how findings are created, bounded, versioned, and kept current—and what the present evidence does and does not establish about the advisory system itself.
Published research
KOZCAN Advisory draws on a multi-book and peer-reviewed research program spanning co-creation, complex relational systems, organizational transformation, and AI-mediated systems. Published scholarship provides theoretical and conceptual support; publication alone does not validate a specific KOZCAN engagement method or client finding.
KOZCAN Advisory method construction
The advisory architecture translates selected research into controlled practitioner methods, engagement wrappers, evidence requirements, stopping rules, claim ceilings, and client-visible artifacts. Method construction is distinct from both published theory and client evidence.
Synthetic rehearsal
KOZCAN Advisory System uses explicitly labeled synthetic cases to test method behavior under different evidence, stopping, accountability, repair, temporal, and cross-case conditions. Synthetic rehearsal is a design-control activity. It is not a client case, testimonial, empirical outcome study, or independent validation.
How a client finding is created
A KOZCAN Advisory finding arises only inside an appropriately bounded engagement from admitted evidence at a defined cutoff. Public cases, Board materials, prior reports, synthetic examples, and research propositions do not silently become new client evidence.
Version and currentness
Findings remain tied to their scope, evidence cutoff, and relevant system/version conditions. Later evidence does not rewrite the historical record. Material change may qualify current reliance or require controlled re-entry and a new finding.
Independent validation status
The present KOZCAN Advisory architecture should not be read as independently validated, certified, or externally reproducible merely because its research foundations are published or its methods have been internally controlled and synthetically rehearsed. Real-world engagement evidence, repeatability, references, and independent use are separate evidence layers that must be earned over time.
